Program at a Glance
Our 90-day Tax Bridge Program is divided into three progressive phases. You’ll start with foundational skills, then advance into client onboarding, and finish with hands-on tax preparation — building confidence and competence every step of the way.
Phase 1:
Lead Acquisition & Appointment Setting (Weeks 1–6)
Learn how to generate, qualify, and convert leads using real-world tools and strategies.
Customer service essentials for tax prep
Appointment booking & scheduling systems
Sales, persuasion, and overcoming objections
Social media & digital marketing for lead generation
Lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
Role plays, mock calls, and performance assessments
Phase 2:
Client Onboarding (Weeks 7–10)
Master the process of welcoming clients, gathering information, and setting the stage for successful tax preparation.
Reviewing and explaining service agreements
Document collection & secure information handling
Compliance and ethical considerations
Handling special cases and troubleshooting client issues
Workflow optimization & CRM tools
Mock onboarding scenarios and final onboarding assessment
Phase 3:
Tax Preparation Services (Weeks 11–13)
Gain practical experience preparing tax returns from start to finish under the guidance of an Enrolled Agent.
Introduction to tax software
Basic return preparation, deductions, and credits
Accuracy checks & error prevention
E-filing process & compliance review
Handling client inquiries during tax prep
Role-playing tax client scenarios
Final tax preparation assessment and EA certification pathway overview
By the end of the program, you’ll have real client interaction experience, technical tax preparation skills, and a clear path to launch your career in tax and finance.
